Position Overview

Isobar is seeking a Channel Administrator to assist our Global CTO and Global Alliance Lead with a variety of day-to-day operational activities as they oversee the company’s strategic channel partnerships. The ideal candidate is a quick-learning self-starter who demonstrates the potential to assume increased responsibilities as channel partner demands grow. The Channel Administrator must be highly responsive, dependable, and proactive, possess strong interpersonal skills, and is willing to “go the extra mile” to ensure successful outcomes. Being comfortable and experienced with the fast-paced, ever-changing digital agency environment is a plus. Due to coordination with Global teams, work at times may extend beyond business hours.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Global CTO and Global Alliance Lead with key administrative functions, demonstrating ownership of the job at hand
  • Oversee deal registration by entering deals into the appropriate systems of record as well as provide ongoing deal tracking and reporting
  • Maintain the partner portal listings, and work with Global Marketing teams to QA the listings
  • Report and measure KPIs and analytics tracking associated with sales, enablement, training, leads, etc.
  • Manage and work closely with Global Marketing on the dynamic program of activities relating to partner marketing and events, including prioritization, timelines, details, and communications
  • Monitor and coordinate training and certification requirements for the key partners and interface with appropriate channel peers
  • Oversee the management of strategic partner funds in concert with the leadership team
  • Coordinate activities, meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Quickly become highly knowledgeable around all facets of channel partnership management
  • Participate in special projects, as needed
  • Assist in meetings, demonstrating an understanding of channel partner needs
  • Work independently with little direction and support from others
  • Develop knowledge of the digital industry structure, trends, and issues
Required Skills / Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-4 years in an administrative role or related work experience
  • Organized, extremely detail-oriented and able to balance multiple priorities
  • Ability to execute with composure under tight timeframes and demanding situations
  • Warm and approachable team player (“no task too big or small”), demonstrating leadership, integrity, maturity, and professionalism
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills
  • • Resourceful; able to proactively anticipate needs and provide solutions
  • • Strong interest in the digital agency business; prior experience a plus
  • • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
