Position Overview

Isobar is seeking cutting-edge digital Art Directors who are passionate about creating experiences that engage the imagination and empower users. We seek individuals who understand that great design is about concept, craft, and context, as well as visual communication and language—and who know how to make these constructs beautiful. As creative problem-solvers, Art Directors at Isobar collaborate with some of the best motion designers, content creators, and user experience professionals and developers in the business to create comprehensive digital platforms, emotive digital campaigns, and environmental technology experiences.

Isobar Art Directors combine talent, creativity, and knowledge of the latest technical capabilities to design interfaces that are a joy to use, facilitate understanding, and enable intuitive interaction—all while elevating a client’s brand.  The candidate will be involved in projects from the beginning and work to maintain the creative vision from concept to finished product.

Art Directors provide visual design leadership on projects and should be experts in concept development, branding, and design. They must be champions of the craft, collaborate across disciplines, and make presentations to management and clients.
