As leader of Isobar’s US creative discipline, Ricardo specializes in designing breakthrough digital experiences for some of the world’s leading organizations. As Chief Creative Officer, he oversees the day to day operation of the creative team, works with the other officers on growth and development and works closely with our global team to align on creative initiatives and goals.

Salema joined Isobar 12 years ago as a Art Director and worked his way up the ranks.  Throughout his tenure, he has worked with Isobar’s marquee clients, including adidas, HBO, Royal Caribbean, NBC Universal, Sotheby’s, Zwilling and Shiseido.
