Jean started her digital journey by establishing digital agency wwwins Consulting in 1999 – it then became Isobar’s first Greater China office in 2004. Previously Asia Pacific CEO for Isobar, Jean was the driving force behind Isobar’s expansion in Asia Pacific and has led the agency to win Digital Network of the Year four times out of the last five years. Made Global CEO in March 2014, Jean chooses to lead the global agency from Shanghai to stay close to the emerging opportunities for global growth and future digital innovation. Jean believes in a world without borders—and the only limitation is your own imagination. She holds a Masters Degree from Northwestern University in the US, and is a constant contributor to industry thought-leadership content and events.
Jean was named top 30 global Women-to-Watch by Advertising Age in 2009, and was inducted into Campaign Asia’s Digital A-List Hall of Fame in 2015.
