      We developed and launched CITY iLOVE – a loyalty app for Băneasa Shopping City clients. The campaign revolved around the new experiences you can have when you install the app.
    

The results

CITY iLOVE app was launched at the beginning of December and got to reward those who were making their winter holiday shopping at Băneasa Shopping City and more. The app got hundred of downloads and scanned receipts in just one month.

The challenge

People choose Băneasa Shopping City because of its unique blend of great restaurants, exclusive shopping and entertainment opportunities. We wanted to enhance the client’s experience through a loyalty app that gives him more reasons to choose Băneasa Shopping City over other malls.

The solution

The app lets you scan all the receipts and rewards you with points. The collected points become discounts and exclusive offers to your liking.

You can find every store in Băneasa Shopping City with the app. You can also buy cinema tickets and in the future you will be able to pay your parking with just one tap.

The app works on a loyalty program on 4 levels, each level unlocking a set of exclusive benefits.

With every receipt you scan, you are closer to new offers.
