Play uses innovative targeting on Facebook

The campaign supporting the "Duet Formula" offer is the first operation of a telecommunications company from the CEE region based on the behavioural targeting introduced by Facebook. The campaign is managed by the Isobar agency owned by Dentsu Aegis Network Polska.

The social media activities are part of the campaign promoting the operator’s latest package. The two-people solution is being promoted by the new face of Play - Pascal Brodnicki. Isobar Polska is responsible for the communication strategy and the execution of social media activities. The campaign supporting the "Duet Formula" offer is the first operation of a telecommunications company from the CEE region based on the behavioural targeting introduced by Facebook. A series of animations were created for the campaign, each one targeting a different group of users, and certain groups have been selected on the basis of its members’ behavioural patterns. The segmentation tool was developed by Creative Shop.

Collaboration between Isobar Polska and Play began in 2013. The agency is responsible for Play’s social media activities, as well as carrying out selected digital and special projects.
