Starting from March, Monika has taken on the position of Managing Director and President of Isobar Poland thereby replacing Krzysztof Andrzejczak who at the beginning of the year has taken on the position of Board Advisor responsible for start-up initiatives and acquisition processes within the Mergers & Acquisition team at Dentsu Aegis Network in the Nordics, Central & Eastern Europe region.

Monika Bierwagen has 16 years of experience in the advertising industry. Before coming to Isobar Poland, Monika was the SVP and Managing Director at Grey Group Poland. Her main responsibilities included cooperation with Procter & Gamble, implementation of regional projects, working within the structures of WPP and representing Grey in the "Polish Olympic Hopes" programme. Monika has also worked with clients such as GlaxoSmithKline, Nokia, Fortis, Chevrolet, Kropla Beskidu, Ikea, and Plus GSM.
