Marcin Dobrzyniecki and Sylwia Tygielska join the Management Board of Isobar Poland
Marcin Dobrzyniecki and Sylwia Tygielska have received promotions within the structures of the Isobar Poland agency, a part of the Dentsu Aegis Network group.
Marcin Dobrzyniecki has been promoted to the agency’s Operations Director. In this new structure, Dobrzyniecki will receive reports from the directors of Strategy, Creation, Creative Technology, Technology, Content and E-commerce. Marcin’s new role implies introducing Isobar strategy pertaining to each supervised competence, monitoring budget implementation, as well as defining and controlling processes.
Marcin joined Isobar in September 2018. As the Digital Transformation Product Director, he has been responsible for expanding and standardising the digital products of the agency. Before that, he had worked for the ZPR Media group as a Business Development Board Representative, COO, Managing Director and General Manager. From 2008 to 2011 he had cooperated with NaszaKlasa.pl, and prior to that he had worked at Interia.pl for 6 years.
Sylwia Tygielska has received a promotion to Growth Director, assuming leadership over client service and new business structures of the agency. Sylwia will receive reports from client partners responsible for all Isobar clients’ projects, as well as from the New Business Director, Tomasz Targiński. Her new role is related to introducing the new client service strategy of Isobar, managing client service teams, and supporting them in terms of key clients development, negotiating contracts, client feedback and work methodology.
Sylwia joined Isobar in 2017. As a Client Partner, she has managed teams responsible for the Mastercard, Audi, McDonald’s and Biedronka projects. Managing the Mastercard and Audi teams is now the role of Mania Kostrzewska. Tygielska had moved to Isobar from the Brain agency, where she had worked as the Account Director and the Client Service Director, supervising the client service team, and co-managing the agency. She also has 5-year work experience in Saatchi&Saatchi.
Both Marcin Dobrzyniecki and Sylwia Tygielska report to Krzysztof Mocek.

The clients of Isobar Poland include, among others, Mastercard, McDonald's, Provident, ŠKODA Polska, AUDI, Vectra, COTY, Philips, Reckitt Benckiser and P&G. The scope of the agency’s services includes strategy, creation, technology, commerce and martech. Isobar is a part of the Dentsu Aegis Network group.
