Isobar Poland creates a Business Development department
Isobar Poland has created within its structures a business development team.
The team will be responsible for business development both on the local and on the international markets. Its members are: Tomasz Targiński, Pola Ziejewska and Kamila Hećman.
Tomasz Targiński as business development director and Kamila Hećman as business development manager will be responsible for new business strategy and local client acquisition in terms of handling communication, technological and martech projects. They will oversee the agency's involvement in local tender processes. In addition to that, as representatives of Isobar Poland, they will operate as a part of new business teams at the level of the Dentsu Aegis Network Poland group.
Pola Ziejewska as client partner, apart from the management of activities for chosen clients with projects on international markets, will be responsible for business development of Isobar Poland on international markets.
Tomasz Targiński has twenty years of experience in the advertising industry. He specialises in business development. He joined Isobar in May. Previously he had worked for Havas Creative Group, where he had been a business development director for 3 years. He had held this position also at Vice Polska and at the agencies PZL and Kalicińscy.com / Digital Brothers, which provided the clients acquired by Tomasz with the services connected with strategy, communication platforms, 360 communication, digital and social media projects.
Pola Ziejewska joined Isobar Poland in October 2018. Before that, she had worked at Kalicinscy.com, where she had been a client service director. She has been a part of the advertising industry since 2008. Her experience comes from holding manager positions at Addicters, TBWA, Tailor & Baker (Partner of Promotion) and Polymus.
Kamila Hećman has been responsible for supporting new business activities at Isobar Poland for the past 1.5 year. Before that, as an account manager, she had handled technological projects realized for the clients of Hypermedia – linked by Isobar. She has gained her experience working in sales and marketing departments at, among others, an international publishing company ARTnews, an agency The Native and at Bacardi-Martini Poland. She has worked in the advertising industry for 8 years.
