Isobar have hired five people during a short time frame, and are betting on social. A new department will now handle all social media work.

- We are, as everyone else, focused on meeting the needs of our clients, and throughout 2015 it became clear that strategic management of social media was something several of our clients needed help with. We have established a strong and competent department that is already making itself noted in the industry, Nils Ola Bark, CEO of Isobar, states in a press release.

The growing department is led by Marianne Solheim Birkeland. Agnete Winnje and Christian Kruse joined Isobar six months ago. Winnje has worked with the Therese Johaug brand, whilst Kruse has worked with Centerteam.

Suad Jama and Hilde Tunge have also joined the team, straight out of school. Both have already worked with social media for several companies.

- We recently hired Suad after a successful internship, and Hilde has joined us this February. We have had good experiences with giving young professionals the opportunity to prove themselves, and we are looking forward to seeing these two grow with us in 2016, says Bark.
