Telekom has millions of customers all over Europe. Customer service became overloaded in every country.
One app for multiple markets
We created a native self-care application for Telekom markets, so customer service improved and satisfaction increased. We ran usability tests in 13 countries focusing on navigation, personalization, and information architecture. After testing the design, we started the local implementation to roll out the best solution in each of the 13 countries.
