  • Support the Business Director and take a leading role in the account service team
  • Develop and manage long-term strategic client relationships
  • Analyze client business needs and strategize appropriate communications solutions
  • Understand and define clients' business, project and system needs and communicate such to project teams
  • Define, negotiate, communicate, implement and manage the scope of the projects and monitor quality standards on all project deliverables
  • Plan and manage multi-disciplined internal and external project teams and communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverables
  • Work closely with Strategic planning team to develop strategies for projects and campaigns that are insight-driven, on brand and relevant to target audience
  • Collaborate closely with social, creative, UX and tech team to ensure seamless project execution
  • Help to identify new business opportunities and cross-sell group services with existing and potential clients

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 6-7 years of solid experience in client management/service roles driving business results for clients and client development for the company
  • Proven track record with successful digital and social marketing campaign credentials in an interactive agency or marketing agency environment
  • Preferable to have experience working on consumer electronics, hospitality accounts; experience working on global scale consumer accounts is desired
  • Highly self-motivated and capable in multitasking large volume of projects
  • Strong sense of accountability, timeliness and attention to analytical detail 
  • Experienced in managing multiple simultaneous projects, involving cross-functional & cross-cultural teams, with budget, schedule and resource constraints
  • Mature and independent personality who can own and lead projects from ground zero to completion
  • Excellent English language skills, fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and be a team player
  • Occasional travel is required
  • Candidates with more less digital experiences may be considered for the position of Senior Account Manager
