Sofia Gkouzioti announced as Managing Director, Isobar Greece
Isobar Greece has promoted Sofia Gkouzioti to Managing Director, to lead a team of 40 people in producing some of the most creative communication campaigns in Greece.
Sofia began her career at L'Oreal and she was among the first women to lead digital marketing in Greece.
After becoming one of the first female Online Brand Managers at Vodafone Greece, she decided to enter the "dark agency-side" and become Account Director at Ogilvy One Athens in charge of the biggest telecommunications account of OTE/COSMOTE.
She joined Mindworks, which later became Isobar Greece, in 2011 as an Account Director, and then Βusiness Unit Director, and in 2015 she was promoted to Business Director, in charge of a number of clients like L'Oreal Amstel, Aegean Airlines, Mondelez, Nestle, Moet & Chandon, Onassis Foundation, and more.
Her strategic thinking, keen eye for creativity along with her leadership skills have helped Isobar Greece grow from a small digital agency to one of the top communication companies in the country, capitalizing business opportunities and achieving a significant portfolio increase despite the overall economic turmoil.
