Prague based creative agency Bistro rebrands as Isobar

Creative agency Bistro, founded in 2006 in Prague, Czech Republic, will change its name nearly three years after the successful integration into Dentsu Aegis Network. At the end of October, Bistro will rebrand as Dentsu Aegis’ global digital agency Isobar. Bistro has included the agency’s Linked by Isobar name since its acquisition in 2016, but will be fully integrated into the Isobar structure becoming part of the network of 85 offices with over 6,500 people worldwide.

The rebrand takes place following a successful year for Bistro, winning a number of local and international awards for work including “Thank you, Czechs” created for Czech NGO, People in Need. “Thank You, Czechs” was the most talked-about topic in Czech Republic, raising mass awareness of People in Need's work and reaching over 75 million people.

The Isobar brand has also had a presence in the Czech market as an internal social media team cooperating with specialised Bistro Social agency. This eight-member team will continue to work under the iProspect brand – one of Isobar’s sister agencies – and in close cooperation with Bistro Social Managing Director, Ondřej Pavelek.
