Namaste! Isobar APAC CEO Jane Lin-Baden Visits India
For the first time since becoming Isobar Asia-Pacific CEO in June last year, Jane Lin-Baden visited Isobar India's Mumbai office. Jane, who is based in Shanghai, is always keen to visit Isobar offices across the region, to meet people, and to sit down with local leadership to understand growth opportunities in market.
India is one of the largest markets for Isobar both globally and regionally – top 8 and top 3 respectively – with over 600 people, as-well-as being one of the fastest-growing. This is testament to the great leadership, and market-leading expertise in creative, technology, data analytics, programmatic, UX/UI design and social media.
During the trip, Jane also visited the offices of recently acquired design experts, Fractal Ink Design Studio Linked by Isobar, as-well-as WATConsult Linked by Isobar. Jane said about her office visits, "I'm deeply impressed with the amazing teams I have met during my time in India. Isobar India has an impressive 45% female workforce, and everyone comes from all walks of life and from every corner of India. It's wonderful to see, and it aids the creative output of the business."
Whilst in India, Jane also took some time out to speak to leading trade publications, such as The Economic Times' Brand Equity, Campaign India and exchange4media, where she spoke about Isobar’s vision for the future, as-well-as key focus areas for the agency going forward.
