Isobar UK CCO Simon Gill discusses Experience-led Disruption at Experience Fighters in Madrid
Experience-led transformation is the future of business. The digital economy today has seen brands move from a single channel through to an omni-channel approach, where advancements in digital and mobile have become a key part of the consumer experience. But for brands to continue improving in this space, they must experiment with and integrate new technologies to connect with today’s consumers in new and exciting ways.
On Thursday 7th June, Isobar UK Chief Creative Officer, Simon Gill, delivered a keynote at Experience Fighters conference in Madrid, Spain, discussing “Experience-led Disruption: 2018 and Beyond”. Simon shared how some of today’s digitally savvy brands are incorporating neuroscience, mixed reality, and AI to reimagine the relationship between consumer and brand, and what marketers should pursue in the future to keep ahead of the transformation curve.
Throughout his career, Simon has been recognised internationally on the stage at some of the world’s largest creative festivals, scooping many awards and judging work as a jury member on numerous occasions. He is a member of the IPA’s Effectiveness Council, championing how creativity is key to effectiveness in the modern economy, and also co-founded CANNT Festival, which brings creative thinking, action and enjoyment to a diverse community.
Paúl Mato, Head of Experience Design, Isobar Spain, said “It’s really important for us to create and foster the Experience Ecosystem, supporting these kind of sharing knowledge opportunities.”
Isobar was a silver sponsor of the Experience Fighters conference and also lead a workshop on LEGO Serious Play.
