Isobar Taiwan hires top industry strategist Oliver Tsai as Chief Strategy Officer
Isobar Taiwan has appointed Oliver Tsai as Chief Strategy Officer responsible for creating integrated digital marketing strategies that will deliver experience-led transformation for clients. He will spearhead Isobar’s Transformation Consulting practice in Taiwan.
Tsai will accelerate and transform Isobar Taiwan’s consulting, creative, media, technology, data, UX, CRM and omni-channel expertise to create an into a digital agency that places consumer experience at the core delivering end-to-end solutions for clients.
Tsai has more than 20 years of diverse marketing experience, that bridges strategy and account management, as well as client-end experience. During his 8 years as Ogilvy & Mather's Planning Director, he serviced IKEA, Far East Telecom, Coca-Cola, Ta-Chong Bank, Taiwan High Speed Rail, and more. Tsai was the Director of Brand Management for 3 years at FET where he oversaw the entire brand marketing activity. From high-level strategy to practical execution, Tsai's well-rounded and diverse experience has enriched his knowledge of communication and marketing.
