Our Early Careers programme is a chance for you to own your own career, with support from us to build solid foundations for the future. Whether you’re looking to establish a career in media planning, buying, digital, data or analytics, this is the scheme for you.

What’s the interview process?

Stage one: apply here!

Stage two: if selected you’ll be sent our gamified psychometric and game-based aptitude testing to complete in the comfort of your own home.

Stage three: if successful you’ll be invited to attend a morning assessment centre, where you’ll have the chance to work as a team and take part in a round of speed interviewing.

Stage four: successful candidates will be offered interviews for specific positions across the Dentsu Aegis Network!

Who are we looking for?

You are: Enthusiastic, friendly, ambitious, with heaps of potential and hungry for experience in the advertising and media industry.

You want to : Secure a role within a media specialty, from planning, buying, display and digital to analytics and account management, all within a dynamic and innovative working environment.

You're great at: Learning and adapting easily to new situations.

You’re keen to: Join a team that celebrates inclusivity, mobility & fluid talent, allowing people to grow & develop by working across different companies and providing excellent training & development opportunities.

What’s in it for you?

Apart from the chance to start your career within one of the top global media companies, we'll give you all the usual things you'd expect working for a big company (e.g. 25 days holiday, pension scheme, private healthcare, season ticket loan).

We also think the small things are important. That means free toast in the morning, free fruit, the day off on your birthday and 2 extra days holiday a year for you to get involved in charity work.

We value the strength diversity brings to our business and are working hard to build a more inclusive workplace through partnerships with Stonewall, Business Disability Forum and Business in the Community’s race and gender equality campaigns.

We are happy to discuss all flexible and agile approaches to working for all our roles – we can’t promise we will be able to offer you everything you want or need but we do promise to discuss it with you openly and honestly.

If you have any reasonable adjustment needs arising from a disability or medical condition to fully participate in the recruitment process, please discuss this with the recruiter who contacts you.
