What’s the interview process?
Stage one: apply here!
Stage two: if selected you’ll be sent our gamified psychometric and game-based aptitude testing to complete in the comfort of your own home.
Stage three: if successful you’ll be invited to attend a morning assessment centre, where you’ll have the chance to work as a team and take part in a round of speed interviewing.
Stage four: successful candidates will be offered interviews for specific positions across the Dentsu Aegis Network!
Who are we looking for?
You are: Enthusiastic, friendly, ambitious, with heaps of potential and hungry for experience in the advertising and media industry.
You want to : Secure a role within a media specialty, from planning, buying, display and digital to analytics and account management, all within a dynamic and innovative working environment.
You're great at: Learning and adapting easily to new situations.
