Isobar UK appoints Susanne Jones as Managing Director

Isobar UK today announced the appointment of Susanne Jones as Managing Director, reporting to Steven Moy, CEO Isobar, UK. 

Susanne will assume responsibility for the day-to-day running of the agency, including all client and commercial management duties, with account handling, commercial and operations leads reporting directly to her.

Her appointment follows the recent news that the agency has appointed Matt Gee as its head of Digital Transformation in the UK. The move further signifies Isobar’s commitment to building an agency engineered to succeed in transforming client’s businesses and brands.

Prior to joining Isobar, Susanne spent ten years at Critical Mass. In her most recent role as Senior Vice President, Global Client Partner for Citigroup (Citi), Susanne fostered a strong partnership that produced transformative digital strategies and breakthrough customer experiences. Prior to leading Citi, Susanne served as SVP, Managing Director Critical Mass London, where she grew the team and was actively engaged with clients as diverse as adidas, Citi, Infiniti, P&G, Chivas and Goodyear Dunlop.

Susanne replaces, former Managing Director, Jon Boardman, who left the agency in November.
