Karl Weaver has over 20 years of global experience in marketing effectiveness, having successfully built revenue streams for several businesses in this area.

Most recently he was CEO of Data2Decisions, a business that grew to 150+ people with a presence in 12 markets. Karl facilitated the sale of Data2Decisions to Dentsu Aegis Network to accelerate the scaling of the business as part of a wider group. Having spent a subsequent year as Chief Growth Officer for DAN UK & Ireland and Chair at Vizeum UK, Karl is an expert at connecting businesses, satisfying client needs and driving growth.

Karl is a member of Dentsu Aegis Global CSR Steering Group, a co-author of numerous award-winning papers including an IPA Effectiveness Grand Prix, has been an IPA judge, an Advisor for the Cannes Effectiveness Lions, a WARC judge and spoken at conferences including Cannes Lions and Media 360.
