Altar’d State is a fast-fashion brand with a strong focus on giving back. They’ve grown organically for nearly ten years, focusing exclusively on their physical stores. They operate over one hundred boutiques in thirty states, with plans for continued expansion. But their digital presence was lacking the branded in-store atmosphere that customers love. They needed to amplify the essence of the brand at every consumer touchpoint.

From concept to code, we translated this unique style into a digital design language, making it possible to move effortlessly between Altar’d State and A Beautiful Soul while honoring them as two distinct brands. Inspired by the visual merchandising of their stores, we layered page elements and featured products in a never-before-seen way to drive product discovery. With an eye on the future, we built a comprehensive cloud-based ecosystem with robust dashboards and commerce behavior analytics. Because fast-fashion moves at the speed of social, we made it possible to respond to trends immediately in one-on-one customer interactions or with inspiring content using real-time data.
