ABinBev needed to create a new market opportunity and enhance the brand experience for their consumers - enabling them to have a beer anytime, and anywhere.
Solution
Always-On Experiences
Through the ZeBeer app, we created a moment for AB inBev to connect with customers on mobile, even when stores are closed. We created an innovative app where consumers could "Call Ze" to register, choose their beer and request delivery. For loyal customers, we created an IoT button where people could send a delivery request without the need for an app - direct from their sofa.
