Kotliński works as a Deputy Creative Director at Isobar Poland. He works with Joanna Biernacka, Creative Director at Isobar Poland. Previously, he held the position of Creative Director in Mind agency, where he completed a year and a half contract. In the past he was also associated with Lvov, McCann or JWT agencies. Łukasz Kotliński has nearly 20 years of experience in the advertising industry. He has won (in the team with Iza Przepiórska) over 70 awards and distinctions at Polish and international advertising festivals. Kotliński's works have been published in Epica Book, Lurzer's Archive, Shots and in the album "101 ads you must know". He cooperated with such companies as: Coca-Cola, Kraft, Unilever, L'oreal, Nestle, Maspex, PKO BP, SAB Miller, Grupa Żywiec, Agora SA. He was a jury member of advertising and film festivals. Kotliński is a co-creator of the television channel Kino Polska. He conducts trainings on creative thinking, and in his free time he paints, exhibiting his paintings regularly.
