e-Ideathon - Dentsu Aegis Network Polska, together with business partners and experts against social problems caused by the COVID-19 epidemic.

The final session of "e-Ideathon. Do Something Great ”took place on April 9. Participation in the initiative was voluntary.

Five multidisciplinary teams applied, whose members work on a daily basis in on Dentsu Aegis Network Poland. The teams tackled the topic of their choice:

Remote work, forced quarantine and isolation - a challenge for parents and children or singles

Loneliness, a change in lifestyle, a sense of fear and weakness - a challenge for the elderly and people at risk

Problems with the sale of products, services and logistics - a challenge for B2B, consumers and employees in times of economic crisis

The e-Ideathon concept is not new to us. In the past, we have participated in similar initiatives. Today, in different and abnormal times. We decided to create an intellectual reserve that will be a permanent platform.

“We were looking for a solution that would constitute a network of creative potential for the future, and here and now would allow us to use the experience and competences of our organization and our business partners to generate as many ideas as possible to support society in this difficult time. I am extremely proud of the presented projects - each of them showed that our group employees have incredible potential. The presentations showed that all the teams put a lot of heart into their projects, and the presented ideas are definitely ready to see the light of day. I strongly encourage companies and experts who want to change the reality around us to cooperate. Remember - ideas create the world today.” – Sławomir Stępniewski, initiator of the concept and CEO of Dentsu Aegis Network Poland

The teams participating in the e-Ideathon and the jury worked in remote mode. Each participant allocated 15 hours for the project. During the online session, the solutions were evaluated by a jury of marketers, Dentsu Aegis Network experts and external experts like Facebook, Coca-Cola, Auchan or ŠKODA.
