Olga began her career in TNS Global, a market research company, in St. Petersburg, in 2001. She became Head of the Media Research Department in 2003 and held the position of Branch Head from 2006.
Olga joined Traffic Isobar agency in 2008, as a Commercial Director. Under her leadership, the Commercial Department grew extensively, incorporating the Performance Marketing Department, Media Department, Social Media Marketing Department and Research and Consulting Department. The successful work of the departments and Olga’s strong business acumen repeatedly saw the agency in the top places of industry ratings. As a result, Traffic Isobar was awarded Digital Agency of the Year (the Grand Prix "AdIndex Awards") in 2015. In December 2015, Olga became Chief Executive Officer of Traffic Isobar and continues to push the brand forward in its success and recognition.
