Strategy & Data Director

Marcin is responsible for the Strategy Department and for all strategic planning and consultancy activities in Commerce, CRM, Communication and Data & Analytics areas.

Marcin in his experience joins consultancy, client side, startup and – last but not least - agency side perspectives. He has worked for Publicis Commerce, Saatchi & Saatchi IS, Leo Burnett, L’Oreal, 3M, GFK and Accenture before joining Isobar as Strategy & Data Director.

As a mathematician and strategist he is especially interested in how data - both small and big, qualitative and quantitative, can be used to inform business digital and commerce strategies and how data can be operationalized on scale to deliver tangible benefits for the businesses.
