Hidetoshi Tokumaru started out in Dentsu’s Account Management Division, before making the move to digital at the very dawn of the industry, in the late 90’s, as a marketing planner. He later became a board member of Dentsu eMarketing One, which was then under the name of ISID Deloitte, and in November 2009, became the President and CEO of Dentsu Razorfish.

Today, Hidetoshi heads Japan’s largest global digital agency, Dentsu Isobar, under his own brand of ‘Experience Innovation', leading the team in delivering solutions by merging creative ideas and innovative technology.
