Sylwia's role is related to introducing the new client service strategy of Isobar, managing client service teams, and supporting them in terms of key clients development, negotiating contracts, client feedback and work methodology.
Sylwia joined Isobar in 2017. As a Client Partner, she has managed teams responsible for the Mastercard, Audi, McDonald’s and Biedronka projects. Managing the Mastercard and Audi teams is now the role of Mania Kostrzewska. Tygielska had moved to Isobar from the Brain agency, where she had worked as the Account Director and the Client Service Director, supervising the client service team, and co-managing the agency. She also has 5-year work experience in Saatchi&Saatchi.
