Michael’s role focuses on business partnerships, project consulting and advice that ensures the best practices are in place for his clients. He drives the platform and technology aspects of Isobar Hong Kong’s business.
With more than 25 years of Digital and IT experience, he has implemented many large-scale regional projects. His expertise is in User Experience focused integrated marketing, websites, eCommerce and web-based enterprise solutions, intranets, mobile apps, data-mining, management information systems and CRM. He first joined the Isobar family in 2006 and for almost a decade he focused on project delivery and formed the Isobar Hong Kong team that became the centre-of-excellence for Project Management. He re-joined Isobar in June 2020.
He has seen through many award-winning projects like Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, FWD Insurance, The Peninsula Hotels, Swire Hotels, Sino Hotels, The Hong Kong International Airports and Target Insurance. In the last few years, his project experience has been extended to more innovative and data driven areas such as AR/VR/MR technology, IoT, digital interactive installations as well as data dashboard. His work covers not only User Experience, but also Consumer Experience and Employee Experience. Major clients he’s worked with in the past include Hong Kong Tourism Board, Cigna Insurance, FWD Insurance, Ping An, The Hong Kong International Airport, Swire Properties, The Peninsula Hotels, Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, Swire Hotels, Sino Hotels, Wynn Macau, Hong Kong Disneyland, Lane Crawford, Sa Sa Cosmetics, FENDI and CHANEL.
