Strategy Director

Tomáš has been working in advertising since the early 90s, when he started at DDB. From there, he moved to Young & Rubicam in 1995 and spent the glorious 90s with this group. After several years in client service, he created and filled the position of strategy planner at the same agency at the turn of the millennium, a position that was probably the first of its kind in an agency in the Czech Republic. There he then spent two decades in strategic planning. He was involved in dozens of major advertising campaigns that were awarded at Cannes Lions, Golden Drum, Effie and Nutcracker. 

After a year-long engagement with Publicis Groupe, Tomáš took Dentsu's offer to lead the nascent Strategic Services department. He liked the opportunity to work with colleagues a generation younger than him, for whom digital literacy and a high level of academic education come naturally, and to offer them his knowledge of experience from big brands and projects. In Tomas, a seasoned advertising authority has joined Dentsu, as well as a person with some experience and insight that not only people in the agency can lean on.
