The Salesforce implementation will enable the bank to provide a fully customer-centric platform, offer tailored products, services, and solutions, and integrate all customer experiences throughout their journey in a single platform. The digital transformation process of Bank of Georgia started in 2018. The Salesforce implementation process began in September 2020 with participation of consultants from Isobar team based in the Czech Republic. Due to the COVID-19 situation, the implementation project will be carried out in full-remote mode, including workshops, project management, development, delivery, user training and support.
After the initial core platform is live and operational, the bank will consider further enhancements using the Salesforce platform's additional components. This fully remote implementation has been made possible thanks to flexibility and cooperative spirit of the Bank and the implementation partner.
