Philippe has 35 years of experience in the communication & media industries and has spent the last 25 years developing and growing digital and creative agencies and helping large advertisers´ businesses grow, both in France and through Latin America.
Philippe began his career in 1985, working with French publishers overseeing advertising sales, both in France and abroad. In 1991, he joined Aegis Media as Carat France new business team leader. He was later appointed client service director in 1997, overseeing Carat France’s largest account Vivendi Universal. In 2000, Philippe started working in digital –still at Aegis Media-, founding @Carat, a small consulting agency that helped both VCs and start-ups manage their marketing strategies. A year later, Philippe founded Carat Interactive France in partnership with Pierre .
In 2007, Philippe joined European digital independent agency as partner and managing director, and in 2011 he took on the role of Performics France CEO.In 2014, Philippe relocated to Miami as Performics Managing Director and Chief Digital Officer.
In August 2016, he came back to Aegis Network, leading both iProspect and Amnetin . During this time, he successfully scaled iProspect footprint in , both organically and through two key acquisitions: Global Mind (Argentina and Miami) and White Label (Chile), transforming iProspect into a leading digital agency in the region, with the most sophisticated talent. After four successful years leading these two brands, he moved onto a new role as CEO of Isobar and CRM in Latin America. In his new role, he has been instrumental in expanding Isobar’s footprint and service offering by 1) repurposing and rebranding one of Global Mind’s sister companies into Isobar Argentina and, 2) adding to the family our most recent acquisition in Colombia, Chef Company. Thanks to Philippe’s vision and ability to nurture regional teams and close collaboration, is now a leading player in eCommerce with the recently launched practice Total Commerce.
