How to shift consumer behaviour?

Our challenge was to create a new habit for Indian consumers and creating a habit of tapping their Contactless Visa card instead of the traditional pin method. In order to do this, we needed a creative campaign idea to demonstrate how card payments can be intuitive and simple to use. We also needed to spark off a nation-wide behavioural shift using an idea that would catch people’s attention and be highly relevant to the Indian market.
