Mikko joined Isobar in early 2015. Now Isobar’s Managing Director, he takes a versatile approach, drawing on his experience of over 14 years in marketing and advertising. His knowledge of digital marketing ranges from service development to global marketing campaigns and social media.
The years spent working as an account manager and producer of both digital and creative services laid the foundations for Mikko’s understanding of different fields of marketing and he works on the ethos that the key to exceeding a client’s needs to is to be plugged into consumer behaviour and demonstrate expertise in the many instruments of the marketing toolbox.
Mikko is the guy who loves putting everything into Excel, but away from his spreadsheets, recognises that the best results come from knowing your client’s business and your team members.
