We helped Samsonite launch their website as an online “mall” to sell their entire range of products, including Samsonite, American Tourister, Lipault and Hartmann.


Local entry points

Samsonite wanted to consolidate their brand presence aligning with APAC local markets. They were interested in rolling out the website across APAC on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform.


An array of Salesforce solutions

Isobar Commerce deployments included localizations and integration with Samsonite’s internal order management system. A suitcase customization feature was implemented, allowing the end customer the ability to compare suitcase sizes to the user’s inputted height. Isobar Commerce provides 24/7 support for Australia, Hong Kong, and Singapore sites.


Successful website launch

Samsonite’s websites were successfully localized to local markets. Its Thailand site was released on time in Q3 of 2017. Isobar Commerce continually works on extending and improving the deployed sites further and launch to new markets in APAC.
