Fostering a Culture of Belonging

We are committed to long-term sustainable change in society and within our business to ensure a culture of fairness, equity and equality for all.

We believe that diverse perspectives fuel creativity and drive innovation and we’re intent on driving systemic change for a future where we have a fair and equitable workplace representing the societies in which we operate. 

 

Within the UK market, we have established our own Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Council, which includes members of our executive leadership team along with representatives from our employee networks, to drive progress across our business. 

 

Our DEI ‘champions’ are at the heart of these groups and volunteer their time and enthusiasm to celebrate and cultivate the diverse perspectives and individuality across our business and help drive positive change.

 

Each with their own goals, their aim is to help foster a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive because of who they are and where people are encouraged to bring their authentic selves to work.

Parents and Carers: We’re a family friendly business. We believe in a 21st century approach to agile and flexible working. We also offer enhanced shared parental leave to support a work life balance for everyone.

Represent: Our ethnic diversity network for underrepresented employees to have a space within the business to listen, learn and share their experiences.

Wellbeing: Wellbeing is extremely important to us at dentsu. We have programmes of support available for everyone around mental, physical and financial wellbeing. 



As we move into Pride Month our &Proud group is busy planning activities to champion LGBTQ+ inclusion and positive change across all areas of the business. Inspiring and encouraging champions and allies within our business to support LGBTQ+ inclusion and facilitate a culture of acceptance, and awareness of issues faced by the LGBT+ community.
