Soumaya has started her career at SFR. She has been working on modeling (forecasting, segmentation), customer experience issues, performance management and business intelligence with comex reports.
In 2008, she joined SFR’s Strategy Department to manage transversal customer analysis for Business, Marketing and CRM issues. Then she has built a new department to manage several projects focused on customer database issues, finiancial tools and Business Intelligence (portfolio of 7M€). In 2015, she joined Fullsix as a Data and CRM Director, and then as a DGA People Intelligence. She has been working on innovative customer relationship approaches, and supported brands such as L'Oreal, La Maison du Chocolat, Compagnie des Alpes, Jardiland in their CRM strategy (ROI oriented).
In 2018, Soumaya joined Isobar to develop offers and strategies fed by data and customer knowledge.
