As Chief Activation Officer, Krzysztof Mocek, is responsible for building synergy within all group companies and for the effectiveness of the operating model at Dentsu Aegis Network Poland. Krzysztof is also the Managing Director of Isobar Poland.
After graduating from the Warsaw School of Economics and ICAN Institute, where he studied Foreign Affairs and Marketing, Krzysztof has been involved in the media industry for over 15 years. An outstanding specialist in ecosystems and communication strategies, in which the media (owned, earned and bought) and innovation play a key role, Krzysztof is proven in delivering real and measurable business results.
At the beginning of May 2012, Krzysztof took the position of Managing Director of Carat Poland. In the years 2006–2012, he was associated with the MindShare media house, as a New Business Partner. Prior to that, he was Managing Director and member of the board at The Media Insight.
Previously, Krzysztof worked for Optimum Media OMD for two years. As Managing Director and member of the management board, he was responsible for creating, developing and implementing strategies within the organisation, as well as the business activities in its environment.
Krzysztof coordinated the integration of off and on-line teams and developed cooperation with other departments of companies (Creation, Research). He managed the New Business department, where he was responsible for the development and implementation of a new strategy for local and regional tenders, and managed project teams. Krzysztof led the Client Service department, where he gained extensive experience in working with such clients as Zott, adidas, General Motors, Disney, Aflofarm, Heinz and Enea.
