Having spent almost three years in Australia, Radim’s professional career started in Accenture as a Reporting manager. In 2006, Radim joined the world of advertising and has stayed ever since. After spending three years in one of the Czech advertising agencies, Radim relocated to the United Kingdom where he gained a Master’s degree in Social Research at the University of York. He then moved to London where he worked for three years at Tag Worldwide, a global creative production agency, finally as an EMEA Account Director responsible for 48 countries for Hewlett-Packard. He left at the end of 2012 and co-founded a localisation agency within the Havas network.
After another three years, he co-founded Spectra located in Prague and has been its Managing Director since, servicing their own clients as well as functioning as a near-shore transcreation, localisation and creative production hub for Isobar and Dentsu. As of 04/21 Radim serves as Managing Director for the Creative Service Line in the Czech Republic including Isobar, Spectra and dentsumcgarrybowen CZ agencies. Radim is also Head of Content Symphony CEE, Dentsu's global production solution.
