As Chief Growth Officer for Isobar China Group, Britney Pai focuses on new growth areas, including products and services for its clients. She believes that it is critical for agencies to create commercial opportunities by leveraging technology to create growth opportunities for clients beyond traditional marketing.
Prior to becoming Chief Growth Officer in 2018, Britney was Vice President of Entertainment Marketing Solutions in the Isobar China Group. She pioneered the development of IP for Isobar China, working closely with Dentsu Group in Japan to create unique opportunities that combined entertainment, social and content to connect to commerce. This disruptive new model has produced significant business success for Isobar clients in China.
Britney has more than 20 years of professional experience. She was previously the founder and general manager of Trio Isobar, a subsidiary of Isobar China Group. In her education, Britney majored in fashion marketing and has more than a decade of experience in integrated entertainment marketing and public relations, before joining the advertising industry.
