Salesforce & blue-infinity Linked by Isobar presents second edition of Digital CX series

Last week, blue-infinity Linked by Isobar welcomed industry professionals in Prague for ‘Innovating Customer Experience’, the second event in the agency's Digital CX series and the largest event with Salesforce in Czech Republic.
Co-hosted by partner Salesforce and joined by Dentsu Aegis Network partners Adexpres, Pragonauts, and others, the event saw hundreds of leading brands and businesses joined digital innovators to discuss what’s next for innovation Chet Chauhan, Vice President Product Management at Salesforce outlined the Customer Success Platform in his keynote, underlining Salesforce’s vision and fundamentals, proceeded by David Hicks and Paul Hendriks who spoke on Innovating CX, and Planning for Digital Transformation respectively.
