This group of selected industry leaders and their jury teams are tasked with judging the best creative work for the Lions awards, the most prestigious creative accolade in the world.

Every one of our Presidents is a leader in their field and I'm sure that the 2018 juries will be ably directed under their expert guidance.”Jean will join other Jury presidents including Mark Tutssel, Global Chief Creative Officer of Leo Burnett who will preside over the Sustainable Development Goals Lions, and, Madonna Badger, Founder and Chief Creative Officer, Badger & Winters who will chair the Glass Lion for Change.

The Digital Craft category will celebrate technological artistry and entries will demonstrate exceptional form and function in a digital context. Work with flawless design, masterful execution and outstanding user experience created for all digital environments, will be recognised in this category.
The news comes following a revamp of Cannes Lions awards format for 2018. The Cyber, Integrated and Promo & Activation Lions have been swapped for five new Lions — the Creative eCommerce Lions; the Social & Influencer Lions; the Industry Craft Lions; the Sustainable Development Goals Lions; and the Brand Experience & Activation Lions. The new Industry Craft Lions was created by carving out craft categories from Print, Outdoor and Design and the subcategories [in Industry Craft] remain largely the same.Jean served as Jury President for Cannes Lions Cyber Jury in 2015 and is passionate about championing Ideas enabled by technology. The Festival opened for entries on 18 January with a final deadline of 20 April. The 2018 edition of Cannes Lions runs 18-22 June.
