Pierre Aebischer focuses on company management and business development in his current role as Managing Director for Isobar Switzerland. Before joining the company, Pierre originally forged the interactive arm of blue-infinity and thanks to his drive, the team has grown to become the largest digital agency in the region, serving many of the world’s most prestigious luxury brands. blue-infinity’s digital marketing work has been awarded by the industry on a global level, receiving recognition from Le Meilleur du Web, Communicator Awards, Davey Awards and Creativity International Awards.
Under Pierre’s guidance, blue-infinity has grown to be something of a boutique multinational, serving clients in almost every industry. Pierre established this early career in branding and marketing strategy at DuPont Nemours and Philip Morris International. From there, he accelerated the growth of major brands and pioneered digital marketing strategies, later starting his own agency BI Interactive Marketing upon the realisation that traditional advertising agencies did not have the necessary skills to implement new media initiatives. In 2001, Pierre was recognised as one of the 100 most influential personalities on the Swiss Internet scene.
Pierre brings pace, agility and the innovation required to adapt client business models alongside digital evolution and the latest communication technologies; his motto being "Where there’s a will, there’s a way!” He is known for his calm and collected demeanour, whatever is thrown his way. Originally from Bern, Pierre grew up in Canada and Germany and is fluent in French, English and German. His infamous speed does not diminish when he takes to the snow as an avid skier, having toured several famous summits, including seven 4000m peaks in a single outing.
