Denise began her career in marketing as a communication practitioner, developing her business sustainability consulting experience. This experience influences her when creating communication strategies with a long-term vision and harnessing the consumer insight in every approach of behaviour influence.
Joining Isobar Vietnam in 2009, as Associate Account Manager, Denise progressed to SRI Director, followed by Managing Director in 2012. Denise differentiates Isobar Vietnam from others, by providing a holistic approach in integrated digital communication, both in strategic planning and excelling in a result-oriented deployment that delivers digital communication results and ultimately empowers the clients' business objectives. As a practitioner, she believes that no qualified performance result can be generated from a ‘wow’ idea that does not align with human behavioural psychology and a cultural understanding of the market.
Denise has experience in working with both global brands and local clients, such as Heineken, Samsung, Holcim Vietnam Limited and Ajinomoto, on both retaining and campaign services.
Recognised in the Forbes’ Top 30 under 30 in 2015, Denise was also the keynote speaker at the Digital Activation Conference, where she introduced a new concept to brand activation. She is also the founder of Vietnam Digital Challenge; an organisation created to find and foster innovative talent, connect the technical innovative application to marketing and provide solutions to the challenges faced in the digital marketing of brands.
