In the role of Business Development Director, Tomasz is responsible for new business strategy and local client acquisition, in terms of handling communication, technological and marketing technology projects. He also oversees the agency's involvement in local tender processes.
Tomasz has twenty years of experience in the advertising industry, where he has specialised in business development. Previously he worked for Havas Creative Group, as a business development director for 3 years. He also held this position at Vice Poland and at the agencies, PZL and Kalicińscy.com, also under the brand Digital Brothers. Centred on providing clients with strategy, communication platforms, 360 communication, digital and social media services, Tomasz acquired new clients to drive these businesses forward.
