Guillaume began his career in 2008 as a project manager in the Department of Economic Affairs of the French Embassy in Tokyo where he participated in the census of technological innovation clusters of Japanese universities.
He then worked for 3 years in the pharmaceutical industry where he designed and implemented business, sales and marketing management tools in markets linked to pathologies with a strong societal impact before joining Publicis in 2012. With his digital experience, Guillaume has led digital marketing operations for many clients including GE Healthcare, P&G, Nestlé, Clarins, L'Oréal, Moët-Hennessy, always focusing on improving the client-agency relationship through transfer of skills, know-how and technologies.
In 2017, Guillaume joined Isobar as head of key accounts: the French Government Information Service (SIG) and Reebok. He was appointed associate director in charge of digital ecosystems and innovation in 2020.
