Pavel took the role of Creative Director of Isobar in the Czech Republic in 2018, after his creative agency, Bistro, became part of the global Dentsu Aegis network in 2016. He leads the creative direction of all major client projects within the creative team, including campaigns for ŠKODA AUTO, MasterCard, Adidas and Heineken.
Pavel founded Bistro Agency in 2007, just after finishing his Visual Communication and Art studies. His ambition and drive helped push Bistro to the top tier of Czech digital agencies. After two years gaining international experience while working for Leo Burnett in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Pavel returned to Bistro Agency in 2014, marking the beginning of a new era for the company and his own creative output. Using his passion for graphic design, technology, powerful storytelling and product design, Pavel has helped transform the company.
Pavel's creative approach, “Don't make ads - create experiences”, enabled Bistro Agency to earn numerous awards in major local creative festivals, as well as on the international circuit.
When not perfecting his ability to make waves in the creative industry, Pavel may be found chasing a perfect wave on a forgotten island in Indonesia or sailing seas around the world.
