Panasonic wanted to launch B2C and B2E local eCommerce websites for Vietnam, Thailand, and Malaysia, and a marketing site for Indonesia.
Solution
Magento integrations
Magento was integrated with SAP for Orders, Product, Price, Promotion, Inventory, Return & Cancellation for the e-commerce sites. Additionally, local payment gateways such as OnePay for Vietnam, and iPay88 for Malaysia were integrated as well. Isobar Commerce developed multi-warehouse capabilities, with the ability to restrict products by warehouse depending on customer location across Vietnam. Marketing sites were integrated with warranty registration program (SMAP) and integrated with Mailchimp for email marketing. Loyalty program and redemption program were also implemented in Magento for all sites with Club Panasonic.
