Ronald leads the creative charge across Isobar’s 85 offices, working with their leaders to deliver world-class experience-led transformation, powered by creativity. Since joining the network in 2018, Ronald helped steer Isobar to their most successful year at the 2019 Cannes Lions Festival – most significantly, establishing Isobar’s strength in the ‘Creative Experience and Commerce’ space with a Creative eCommerce Gold Lion for KFC and Isobar China where 8 million Chinese became virtual KFC franchisees on WeChat. In 2020, Ronald will serve as Jury President of the inaugural Cannes Creative Business Transformation Lions, celebrating organizations that innovate, reinvent and transform themselves and the industry.

Ronald was previously Global CCO at Digitas where they won both WARC Marketing Effectiveness and Cannes Creative Data Grands Prix, and were ranked No.1 Digital Agency in the World in the 2018 WARC 100 Report. All firsts for the network. And in a 12-year tenure at BBDO/Proximity, Ronald was CCO and EVP/ECD of the Malaysia, New York and Singapore offices. Under his leadership, the Malaysia and Singapore offices were listed in the Gunn and Won Report’s World’s Top 15 agencies list three times.

Ronald lives in New Jersey with his wife Carmen, two ever-growing teenage sons, Jonah and Noah, and Bichon Poodle, Booties Ng.
