Vitaliy started working in advertising and the creative field in 2004. In various agencies, he was engaged in client support for the development of advertising campaigns and projects for the brands Carlsberg, Comfy, Toshiba, MTS.

In 2010, he began his work in the communication holding Dentsu in the digital agency AdPro as a Production Manager. Over the next three years of work, he formed a division for the development of digital content and headed it in the position of Production Director.

In 2015, he founded an initiative for internships and employment of deaf and hard of hearing people in advertising and IT, thanks to which more than 30 people were employed in holding agencies and partner companies. The initiative has received awards from international organizations for human rights and accessible work opportunities for people with disabilities.

At the moment, Vitaliy is developing innovative solutions for the clients of the Isobar Ukraine agency.

He cooperated with clients Toyota, Lexus, Panasonic, Bayer, Epicenter.
